Unfortunately, I can no longer use Ibuprofen for chronic pain relief. The only over the counter medication (OTC) I can use for chronic back and knee pain without risk is Acetaminophen. A family friend, also a retired nursing and medical school instructor was my first test case. She uses ANPR\u2122 on the back of her hands for arthritis pain relief.
